C.O.R.E. is very different from a traditional gym. Experience the warm and welcoming feeling when stepping into our more intimate, non-intimidating fitness center. C.O.R.E. is a place where you will feel comfortable no matter what your fitness or ability level is. At C.O.R.E. you can exercise in comfort with our friendly and knowledgeable staff. The facility is always clean and and our equipment is easy to use and in most cases wheelchair accessible. Your safety and satisfaction are our highest priorities at C.O.R.E.. 

Comprehensive Evaluations

Your Restorative Exercise Specialist will take you through both a comprehensive subjective and objective initial evaluation where they will determine a specific plan of action based on of your specific needs and goals. After your initial evaluation your Restorative Exercise Specialist will make a recommendation for the ideal frequency of training needed to help you accomplish your goals. Following the evaluation your Restorative Exercise Specialist will develop a formal exercise program that they will take you through in your future training visits. 

Expert Training

Our Restorative Exercise Specialists are among the best in the world at providing and conducting effective and safe Restorative Exercise training programs. You can feel comfortable knowing that no matter your fitness or ability level is our Specialists will be able to help you improve your strength, flexibility, cardiovascular health, balance and stability, posture, gait, and performance in a highly effective, safe, and comfortable manner. Our Specialists are able to help you accomplish your goals whether that be for weight loss, strengthening, or to improve independence and function. Our highly credentialed staff specializes in but not limited to the 1 in 5 Americans who experience some form of disabling condition.  


Our training programs are all designed to be progressive so that as your ability and fitness level improves we continuously redesign and adjust your training plan to reflect that progress. Every 4 to 6 weeks we conduct an assessment of your current progress and design a program based on those impressions that will further help you accomplish your fitness goals.  


During your training sessions you aren't just a passive participant in your workouts. Our specialists will provide you with education to help you to take an active role in your own wellness. We like to take the mystery out of physical fitness and provide you with an understanding of why we do what we do, and how each training component of your program will benefit you personally. 


While our training costs are comparable with the typical rates for personal training that you might find at a traditional gym. The level of expertise, training, and care taken with each client makes the services we provide a value second to none.
